 Essendo solo all'inizio, con questo blog, molti post saranno "l'inaugurazione di" . Con questo, in particolare, inauguriamo la sezione Nei dintorni della Franciacorta. Golositalia è una fiera che si svolge a Brescia presso il Brixia Expo (quest'anno dall'8 all'11 Febbraio)e vuole raccogliere tra i suoi espositori l'eccellenza enogastronomica italiana. La fiera è aperta a tutti e l'ingresso costa solo 4 euro (i bimbi fino a 5 anni non pagano)..una volta entrati vi accoglieranno stand di aziende pronte a farvi assaggiare le loro specialità, e cosa da non sottovalutare, c'è la possibilità di acquistare un sacco di prodotti interessanti che non si trovano normalmente nei supermercati. L'anno scorso ho fatto incetta di pane di tutti i tipi proveniente dall'Alto Adige alla Puglia, di spezie, di formaggi, di birre artigianali (queste meriteranno un post a parte), di salse e di condimenti, per non parlare dell'olio...Tutto ciò che rende l'Italia famosa nel mondo, e soprattutto ciò che all'estero è difficile da trovare...Se siete nei paraggi, e volete passare una domenica diversa, ma soprattutto dare sfogo alla "signora peccato capitale" Mrs Gola, fateci un salto, non ve ne pentirete..Io ci andrò..questo è sicuro..
