Clusane d'Iseo è un piccolo paese adagiato sulle rive del lago, famoso in tutta la provincia, e anche oltre, per un piatto tipico talmente apprezzato da meritarsi addirittura una festa in suo onore: sto parlando della famosissima (e gustosissima) Tinca al forno con polenta. Questo buonissimo piatto, viene celebrato durante la Settimana della Tinca al forno (la 3a settimana di luglio) dove tutti i ristoranti associati offrono la possibilità di degustare questo piatto in un menu' a prezzo fisso. Ad inaugurare l'evento, viene organizzata la domenica precedente, la cena sotto le stelle:una suggestiva tavolata allestita sul Lungolago Capponi dove, in cucina troviamo i ristoranti associati, e a tavola tutti coloro che vogliono partecipare ad una cena particolare e certamente insolita, allietata da musica e balli,
e lo spettacolo dei fuochi d'artificio della domenica chiude la settimana in bellezza....se poi volete ammirare il lago da una prospettiva diversa, perchè non approfittare del giro in battello del sabato sera ???


Clusane d'Iseo is a small village situated on the banks of the lake, famous all over the province and beyond, for a dish so popular that they deserve even a party in his honor: I'm talking about the famous (and yummy) Tench in the oven with polenta. This delicious dish is celebrated during the week of Tench in the oven (the third week of July) where all participating restaurants offer the chance to taste this dish in a menu 'at a fixed price. Inaugurating the event, is held on the Sunday before the dinner under the stars: a beautiful table set up on the lake shore where Capponi, in the kitchen are the participating restaurants, and at the table all who want to attend a special dinner and certainly unusual, cheered by music and dancing,
and the spectacle of fireworks on Sunday closed the week in beauty .... then if you want to see the lake from a different perspective, why not take advantage of the boat tour on Saturday night??
