Non mi voglio elevare a critico gastronomico, ma con l'esperienza maturata sul campo ( i kg assimilati mi sono testimoni), posso permettermi qualche consiglio a tema culinario. Questo post arriva con notevole ritardo, ora il menù è cambiato data la stagione, ma non posso esimermi dal suggerirvi un'esperienza a Le Due Colombe a Borgonato. E' un viaggio, una scoperta dove tutti i cinque sensi vengono ampiamente coinvolti, condotti, stupiti e soddisfatti.
Stefano Cerveni (lo chef) è il direttore dell'orchestra, e i piatti sono magnifiche sinfonie ...Cantina decisamente all'altezza delle aspettative, location splendidamente ristrutturata e valorizzata, personale in sala di una cortesia rara...
E chi viene in Franciacorta per una vacanza o un weekend enogastronomico, qui troverà sicuramente la famosa "ciliegina sulla torta". ( o la stella Michelin !)

I don't want to elevate myself to gastronomic critic, but with the experience matured on the field (kg assimilated, attest to that fact ), I can afford some advice culinary theme. This post comes with a considerable delay, now the menu has changed for the season, but I can't fail to suggest an experience to Le Due Colombe in Borgonato.

Everything reflects the mess, the search for raw materials, experience and passion for their work.
And who is in Franciacorta for a holiday or a weekend wine and food, you will definitely find here the famous "icing on the cake." ( or the Michelin Star !)
