We have a winter evening, two chefs such Vittorio Fusari and Peppino Tinari, and an excellent raw material: so here is served dinner to celebrate the project Thirteen Moon (tradition that the pig has to grow for 13 moons, starting from August to make sure that the animal can grows as slow and natural rhythms) strongly supported and encouraged by Slow Food. Location of this wonderful initiative is the Dispensa pani e vini, a local definable as wine shop, restaurant, tavern. but especially the home chef Fusari. Man of Franciacorta, he was born first as a patron of the Volto in Iseo, then moved to the Maschere and refine techniques and skills, to return years later to the Volto again.
From years he opened the Dispensa , local known and recognized for its carefully wine cellar provided and for the superb cuisine that makes quality and traceability of its founding pillars.
Tuesday February 10 will repeat this event that last year saw no less than the presence of Carlo Petrini, founder of Slow Food. If you're in the area I recommend strongly to participate !!
