E like Eclipse

E come Eclissi

Finalmente ce l'abbiamo fatta!!Fin da bambina sono stata affascinata dal cielo, dalle stelle, dai pianeti e da tutto ciò che sta lassù nel cielo, tant'è che spesso e volentieri mi armavo di telecamera, per filmare eclissi lunari con scarsissimi risultati perché, come tutti ben sappiamo, senza un telescopio si può fare e vedere ben poco, ma si sa che a 10 anni non si ha buon senso...
Oggi, dopo anni di eclissi solari viste solo in tv perchè l'Italia non era coinvolta da questo affascinante fenomeno, eccomi armata di vetro per maschera da saldatore e della mia fidata macchina fotografica (beh le foto non sono poi questo granché, ad essere onesta), pronta a immortalare il momento, anche se purtroppo le nuvole hanno velato il cielo e lo spettacolo si è un po' sciupato..

Finally we made it !! Since I was a child, I was fascinated by the sky, the stars, the planets and all that is in the sky above, so much so often I took my camera to film lunar eclipses with very little results because, as we all know, without a telescope you can see and do very little, but you know that to 10 years old we haven't  the common sense ...
Today, after years of solar eclipses seen only on TV because Italy was not involved in this fascinating phenomenon, I took a glass for welder's mask and my trusty camera (well the photos are not all that great, to be honest ), ready to capture the moment, although unfortunately the clouds have veiled the sky and the show was a bit worn ..
